Roasted Cauliflower

I prefer roasted cauliflower. In fact, it’s the only way I like it. Cut into florets, spread on cookie sheet or jellyroll pan, sprinkle with sea salt and bake at 450°F until the edges turn brown, about 30 minutes. Tastes like popcorn!
