  1. I think… “ROCK ON!” I miss looking like that. Working towards it again.

  2. Robin says:

Wow, there’s a woman who works hard. I have complete admiration (and a bit of jealousy). Then finally I think, Hot damn! I chose the right trainer!

    • Stephanie says:

I think they look great, I think they are a modern woman, and that clearly they can have it all … bring home the bacon, fry it up in the pan … and they get to eat it too!

  3. Jenny says:

Wow! I want that body! Maybe I start working now. 🙂

    I swoon, for two reasons.

The simplest is aesthetics; the human physique is beautiful, and musculature displayed cleanly and clearly is visually appealing.

But second, and moreover, it is not a trivial endeavor for a woman to look muscular. It is the result of both achieving a low body fat %, as well as building muscle. These two goals are at odds as generally fat cannot be lost in a caloric surplus and muscle cannot be built in a caloric deficit.

So, when I see someone who has attained that physique, especially of female sex considering the additional degree of difficulty, I’m not only visually pleased but also respect that person’s displayed dedication and accomplishment. The combination of the two is a powerful aphrodisiac 🙂

Hi, Matt! That is an awesome comment! I”m glad you feel that way considering the muscles your wife totes around 🙂

  5. I personally feel inspired and my mind full of desire to have a body like them.
